As the new CTO you will be responsible for the technical infrastructure and to ensure a high level of security. Furthermore, you will be responsible for daily operation, ensuring IT performance and availability and to work continuously with IT security, security and risk management where you conduct analysis and establish policies and guidelines within the organization. The operation is partially outsourced and your role as stakeholder is an important point of contact to our various suppliers.
You report to the CIO.
We think that you have experience from driving infrastructure development and infrastructure projects from an organization in a development phase. You have knowledge in and experience from IT and infrastructure procurements, process documentation and ITIL. Certifications from Cisco, MS and maintenance models are a plus as well as experience from security surveillance. Working experience from an academic environment or experience from being a part of the journey of going from insourcing to outsourcing or a hybrid environment is extra meritorious. A relevant higher education or in another way acquired knowledge is also meritorious.
Written and oral fluency in English and Swedish is required.
