IT-Technician to Stockholm School of Economics

We are looking for an IT-technician who can and want to modernize, develop and take Stockholm School of Economics’ (SSE) digital environment to the next level!

The role

SSE’s digital environment is in a process of change and we are looking for you who want to be a part of and contribute to this transformation journey.

As IT-Technician, you will work with Identity and Access Management and you will also be responsible for and manage our client platform. In line with the cloud transformation as SSE is in, you will also be responsible for the IT security, to ensure a sustainable and secure infrastructure with focus projects such as integrating their local logins with their cloud solutions and developing their Single Sign-On architecture/infrastructure.

This is a key-role with a wide range of responsibilities. You will both be handling day-to-day operational tasks such as access provisioning and de-provisioning, access management business analysis as well as develop our client management platform and ensuring compliance with security policies, etc. But you will also be responsible for the strategic road map and the design and implementation of new and improved processes as well as tools and technologies that add automation, improve efficiency and enhance user experience.

A part of the role also is to hold meetings and dialogues with external stakeholders and suppliers uphold strategic partnerships.


Is this you?

To be successful in the role, you have:

  • Solid experience from IT operations.
  • Experience from the Identity and Access Management area.
  • Experience from setting up Single Sign-on aligned with cloud solutions.
  • Experience from client management platforms and client management.
  • Experience from vendor management and requirement analysis
  • Experience from digitalization and process streamlining.
  • Certificate management.

You are fluent in English and knowledge in Swedish is a large plus.

It is strongly meritorious if you also have business knowledge from a similar environment as SSE such as higher education or governmental work and have experience from operation and IT governance models such as PM3 and ITIL.

Personality wise, you are proactive and result oriented. You also like details, quality and structure and we assume that you are dedicated doing a great job. You are passionate about new technique(s) and are committed to always find the best possible solutions, flexible, prestigeless and open-minded.
