  • Setting up tables, serving guests, and managing post-event clean-up.

During quieter periods, you will:

  • Support the Stakeholder Events team with various tasks.
  • Assist the President’s Office and Info Center, including supporting administrative tasks.
  • Plan for upcoming events and participate in general event planning.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is service-minded, flexible, and skilled at building relationships. You should be capable of handling multiple projects independently and simultaneously. Being structured with excellent prioritization skills is essential. You must be detail-oriented, ensuring events are aesthetically pleasing and professionally executed.

Requirements

  • A few years of relevant work experience, preferably in the restaurant industry, with an understanding of service.
  • Willingness to work some mornings, evenings, and a few weekends.
  • Fluency in both English and Swedish.
  • Experience in handling administrative tasks.
  • Experience in negotiating with suppliers and previous experience in catering is a plus.
