Become our new BSc Program Manager in Business Economics

The BSc Business and Economics programme, which is the largest programme at Stockholm School of Economics (SSE), is in an interesting development phase and you will have a key role in the development. You will be a part of an energetic team which is central to attracting, recruiting and admitting talented students from around the world. 

Main responsibilities

Your full time, time limited employment is divided into two main areas of responsibility: 50% BSc Program Manager in Business and Economics and 50% BSc Admission and Recruitment. Your duties include, but are not limited to:

BSc Program Manager

  • Offering project support to the Program Directors
  • Initiate and organize various information seminars, focus group-meetings and other meetings with enrolled students, co-workers and/or the Management team. on various topics, such as specializations courses and elective courses.
  • Various tasks related to the development of the program, on the request by the Program Director or

Vice Chancellor Degree Program

  • Communicating with enrolled students

BSc Admission & Recruitment

  • Build long-term relationships with potential, current and alumni students as well as responding to inquiries from registered students or potential students by mail, phone or in person at various events
  • Plan pre-departure and various other events for admitted students according to target market goals
  • Analyze, evaluate, and recommends recruitment trends
  • Administer and assess applications in the CRM system, Full Fabric & Nya
  • Administer scholarships applications from new international BSc students

Who you are

We think that you are a service minded self-starter who enjoy taking initiative and can achieve results. You have excellent communications skills, are receptive towards others and can adapt to the situation. Furthermore, we think that you take responsibility for a given task, can independently structure your approach and drive processes forward. You have an academic background, either by having attended, worked in or in another way have experience from an academic programme and/or Business and Economics. Written and oral fluency in Swedish and English is required and experience from working with admission is a plus.

Terms

This is a full time, time limited position for approximately one year with a possibility of extension. Some travels will be required. Please include your desired salary in your application.
