Project Manager position within SSE Quality Assurance team

Main duties and responsibilities

As a member of the Quality Assurance (QA) Team, you will work with various operational and strategic tasks such as data collection and analysis, process improvement, creation of presentations, as well as primary responsibility for survey data management. The work responsibilities require accuracy, independence and discretion. As data collection and analysis methods for these tasks are continuously being improved and enhanced, creativity and self-confidence regarding information technology is required from the applicant. You will work closely with three other QA team members.

Qualifications

The position requires good statistical skills. Additionally, the applicant needs to speak and write English at a professional level and it is preferable, though not a requirement, that you also have good Swedish. You should possess comprehensive skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with pivot tables and survey software (i.e. Qualtrics or Vovici/Verint) and statistics software (i.e. Power BI, Stata and SPSS) would be an advantage. Much of the data analysis is done in Power BI.

About Quality Assurance and SSE

The QA Team works with projects that seek to evaluate the School’s performance and processes for a variety of stakeholders.

The QA Team is responsible for the School’s rankings, accreditations and liaising with UKÄ, reporting, as well as analyzing and advising the Executive Management Team and Academic Program Teams on ranking and accreditation results. The QA Team also annually surveys alumni over the first five years after graduation. The data from this project is used to create SSE’s Employment Reports and help improve internal processes.
