SSE is strengthening the focus on teaching and learning and is looking for a Project Manager who will play a key role in supporting the school in pedagogy aspects. You will be responsible for turning ideas into practice related to strengthen pedagogy at SSE and offering operational support to the Head of Pedagogy. You will find and prioritize ideas together with the Head of Pedagogy.

Required experience/skills:
If you have experience from pedagogy work or experience from project management and/or driving change projects, that is a plus. It is also a plus if you have a Bachelor of Science Degree (Master of Science Degree is an extra plus) and can communicate in Swedish.
You are a driven, fast learner who take initiative and drive processes forward. You are also a “doer” who are creative and autonomous and can turn ideas into practice. You are good communicator, are structured and preferably have an interest in pedagogy.
This is a time limited position for approximately one year. The position may be extended. Please include your desired salary in your application.
SSE is in the process of strengthening the support to and development of teaching, not the least in light of digitalization. This new position will play an important role in establishing a center to drive pedagogical development and help SSE to improve educational programs in an international and competitive environment.
