Stockholm School of Economics is looking for a driven HR Business Partner

The role 

As HR Business Partner at SSE you will work broadly with HR support to managers and employees. As part of the role you will also be responsible for specific areas such as pensions, insurances for employees, salary exchange and HR data.  
 

Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to 

  • Support to managers and employees, which includes, conflict resolution strategies, providing labour law advice, coaching, etc. 
  • Rehabilitation issues. 
  • Plan and conduct training in HR processes and topics. 
  • Onboarding of new employees.  
  • Handling of visa and settling-in-related processes for international staff. 
  • General HR administration. 
  • Negotiations with the unions.
  • Update policies and guidelines within HR. 
  • Support the organisation with KPI:s, statistics etc. 
  • Report and analyse HR data regarding engagement, headcount, FTE, turnover, sick leave etc.  

Your profile 

We are looking for someone who works independently and proactively. You have an interest in and understanding of how digital HR processes improve quality and add value to the organization. You also have a genuine interest in people.

Qualifications 

  • University degree, preferably in Human Resources. 
  • A few years of experience in an HR role.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish -both written and spoken. 
  • Good knowledge in Swedish labour law.  
  • Experience of working successfully with digitalization of HR processes. 
  • Base knowledge of pensions issues. 

Meritorious 

  • Project management skills. 
  • Interest and/or knowledge of gender, diversity and equality issues.
