SSE Executive Education is a fully-owned subsidiary of the Stockholm School of Economics and the leading partner for executive education in Northern Europe. It is ranked as the best in the Nordic region for leadership and business development according to the Financial Times. Here, academic research is integrated with the business world. SSE Executive Education develops leaders with a focus on specialized areas such as innovation and entrepreneurship, sustainable growth, and financial economics, enhancing the competitiveness of companies, organizations, and the public sector through powerful transformation.
Campus Kämpasten is part of the Stockholm School of Economics and serves as a central hub for SSE Executive Education’s executive and leadership development programs. Participants from around the world gather here to gain inspiration, exchange experiences, and develop new insights. We also welcome students, alumni, researchers, companies, and organizations from across the Stockholm School of Economics ecosystem—all united by a shared commitment to learning and development.
The environment at Kämpasten has been carefully designed to foster meaningful interactions, whether focused on education, strategy, collaboration, or innovation. Our flexible, pedagogically optimized facilities provide the ideal conditions for focus, dialogue, and successful outcomes.
As a Partnership Manager, you will be the architect behind our clients’ most important meetings. Rather than selling traditional conference solutions, you will help executive teams and senior decision-makers translate strategic business challenges into tailored, knowledge-driven offsites, workshops, and leadership sessions.
Through proactive engagement with both new and existing clients, you will build long-term relationships and identify opportunities where research, expertise, and business development can create real value. You will be responsible for the entire client journey—from initial outreach and needs analysis to concept development, sales, delivery, and follow-up.
A key aspect of the role is packaging and selling content-driven solutions by matching clients’ challenges with the right expertise from SSE’s ecosystem and extended network. Together, you will create tailored offsites and meeting experiences where strategy, learning, and business outcomes are at the forefront.
The role combines sales, business development, and partnership management, offering the opportunity to help shape and grow a new premium market offering. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure exceptional quality and a world-class client experience, all within one of Sweden’s strongest and most respected brands.
To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you are a proactive and commercially driven individual who is motivated by creating new opportunities and building long-term relationships. You combine a strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand clients’ strategic challenges and translate them into value-creating solutions.
With an entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and a collaborative, low-prestige approach, you enjoy working in a role that offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to build something new.
The position is split between the Stockholm School of Economics’ premises on Sveavägen in central Stockholm and Campus Kämpasten in Sigtuna. You will report to the Business Area Manager for Kämpasten.
