As our new Coordinator, you will be coordinating, organizing and assisting in the Global Challenges courses as well as in a track on the Bachelor-level. You will also be a member of the Admissions team where you will be one of the main contact persons for people who are interested in applying for or start one of SSE’s bachelor programs. Your main work tasks include, but are not limited to:
You are a service minded self-starter with an eye for details who are determined to achieve results. You are stress-resilient, enjoy working in a high-paced environment and work well with other people. You have excellent communications skills, can make decisions and take initiative, and adapt to the situation. Furthermore, we think that you take responsibility for a given task, can independently structure your approach and drive processes forward.
This position will involve occasional work outside of ordinary working hours and some travel.
This role is a part of the unit Program Office. Program Office is one of the Professional Services units at SSE, which is responsible for questions concerning admission, central course evaluation, program support, quality assurance, and the student exchange are handled by the Program Office.
