We are seeking a dynamic individual to join the Career Management and Alumni Relations team as a Project Manager.

Your Role:

  • Organize and execute engaging events and activities for alumni, students, and corporate partners (e.g., reunions, career workshops).
  • Conduct thorough research and drive initiatives to ensure they align with stakeholder needs and desires.
  • Create compelling marketing content across various channels.
  • Build and foster strong collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive placements and internships, shaping career pathways for students.
  • Spearhead our mentorship program for master students to bridge the gap between professionals and students.
  • Cultivate a vibrant community of young alumni, nurturing a network of future leaders and collaborators.
  • This position will involve work outside of ordinary hours.

We're looking for a creative, proactive, motivated individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well both independently and together with others, and can easily adapt to changing circumstances. When needed, you can make fast decisions and act on them. Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills are must-haves, alongside a dedication to ongoing learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • University degree with at least a couple of years of work experience, preferably in event management, recruitment, marketing, or related areas.
  • Experience of planning and management of small to medium scale events.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Swedish.
  • Experience from connecting and building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Interest and awareness of current business practices and topics in Sweden.

Meritorious:

  • Experience with CRM systems and confident in analyzing and interrogating data.
  • Experience in social media and marketing.
  • International experience.
  • Familiarity with student recruitment processes.
